A New Approach to Theatre Arts Education

Grove Passage Theatre Group grew out of a dream to bring an inclusive and high quality theatre education program to the Hopewell Valley and surrounding areas. We are so excited to bring you our inaugural production in the summer of 2025!

Founded by Jody Wood and Stephanie Overton-Hall, Grove Passage Theatre Group is committed to nurturing creativity and confidence in actors of all ages and abilities. Our mission is to provide a supportive environment where performers can deepen their understanding of theatre and excel in their craft.

We offer dynamic classes and engaging productions, focusing on skill development and a love for the stage.

Jody Wood

Co-Founder/Acting Instructor

Jody is an established professional actor with over 30 years in the industry. Owner of JW Actors Studio and SKIT Programs.

Stephanie is a professional singer and NJ Certified Music Teacher with over 30 years of experience in musical theatre.

Lucy Wood

Acting Instructor

Lucy Wood is an experienced teacher with SKIT Programs, and has worked one on one with individuals pursuing their dreams as story or song writers.

Margaux Antoine-Montalvo

Set and Costume Designer/Instructor

Margaux is a NJ Certified Art Teacher, and currently works as a freelance set/costume artist.

Sarah Orfe

Acting Instructor

Sarah has a BFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, and is an experienced actor. She currently works as the Director for the Music Together Princeton Lab School.
